The Jerusalem Masters and Open are rapid events took place Tue 24th to Wed 25th Sep 2024. Players in the Masters: Svidler, Dubov, Ivanchuk, Jorden Van Foreest, Eljanov, Rodshtein, Smirin, Postny, Boruchovsky and Gorshtein. Time control 15 minutes plus 5 seconds a move. Alongside was an open with exactly the same time control and round times. Peter Svidler sealed first place with a round to spare in the Masters, Daniil Dubov beat Svidler in the final round to take second place.
